We are looking for qualified and talented individual for the following position for our Paper & Board Division, based in Mirpurkhas, Sindh
Manager / Head of Quality Assurance
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Implement quality plans, policies, and standards across the manufacturing facility.
- Ensure product and raw material compliance with internal, external, and customer standards.
- Establish and modify inspection/testing plans for products and raw materials as & when necessary.
- Investigate customer complaints and propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and implement training plans for QA staff to enhance their competence in testing and inspection.
Candidate must have a Bachelor/Master’s degree in Chemistry or equivalent, with minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the Paper & Board or Packaging industry, including at least 5 years in quality assurance leadership roles.
