Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales team members in assigned region to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare monthly sales proposals & plans for the region. Support forecasting activities to ensure alignment on revenue objectives.
- Develop and achieve or exceed the sales volume/revenue goals targets as defined in the Business Plan for the sales channels.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, trainings, and performance reviews with your team.
- Define & monitor sales performance. Coach and mentor managers and representatives to ensure a highly effective team.
Key Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Marketing from an accredited institution.
- At least 6 – 8 years of working experience in FMCG food sector with a proven track record.
