𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Branch Operations.
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Swat, Quetta, Hyderabad, Gujranwala, Vehari, Liaquatpur
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: A graduate degree from an HEC recognized university
𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
☑️ Ensure the provision of high-quality services in cash handling and other transactions to customers.
☑️ Foster a well-coordinated approach to maintain a service-oriented environment.
☑️ Oversee various functions such as outward/inward clearing, remittances (outward/inward), collections, account openings/closings, locker services, customer account amendments, TDR issuance, and encashment.
☑️ Perform all necessary due diligence in branch operations, ensuring top-notch customer service while adhering to the Operational Manual and SBP guidelines.
𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
☑️ Strong understanding of banking laws, operational practices, and governance principles.
☑️ Solid knowledge of counter services, relevant regulations, and risk management.
☑️ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people management skills.
