Area Sales Manager
As the Area Sales Manager, this role will be responsible mainly for:
- Growing retail sales of Rice, Maize & Specialty Fertilizers
- To build and strengthen farmer network and relationship
- Effective distributor management
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in implementing sales plans aligned with business objectives to drive revenue growth
- Analyze market trends and identify sales opportunities
- Lead the sales team effectively to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders
- Effective distributor network management
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture
Experience: 3-5 Years with an Agri company dealing in Rice or Maize (Some Fertilizer experience will be a plus)
Requirements:
- Prior strong experience in Distributor Network Management
- Strong customer management skills
- Must have strong communication skills

Research & Development Manager – Fertilizers
Qualifications:
BSc/MSc in Agriculture. Preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in Soil Sciences or Agronomy.
Experience:
1-3 years in a similar role in an agriculture company specializing in fertilizers and micronutrients.
The Research & Development Manager – Fertilizers will play a pivotal role in driving product innovation and regulatory compliance for our fertilizer and micronutrient portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to market dynamics, ensuring the company maintains a competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage a pipeline of innovative fertilizers and micronutrient combinations aligned with market demand and business goals.
- Design and oversee in-house and strip trials, ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and result interpretation.
- Handle product registrations with relevant regulatory bodies.
- Ensure all regulatory requirements are efficiently managed and up to date.
- Devise and implement effective product positioning plans and competitive pricing strategies.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct technical training sessions and seminars for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze feedback to guide continuous product improvement.
- Perform in-depth competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of fertilizers, micronutrients, and the regulatory framework governing the industry.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex trial data.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey technical information effectively.
- The person should be number savvy with excellent computation skills.
