Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Environmental science, Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, or related field.
- Minimum 3-4 Years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- Certifications such as IOSH or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessment, and audits across the facilities.
- Provide safety trainings and awareness programs for employees, focusing on proper equipment handling and emergency procedures.
- Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure environmental compliance, focusing on waste management, emissions, and resource conservation.
- Prepare and maintain HSE reports and documentation for management review and regulatory purposes.
