Master Motor is looking for “Customer Relation Officer”.

The Role:

A. Survey Utilization:
Effectively use SSI (Sales Satisfaction Index) and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) questionnaires developed by CRM for conducting sales and after-sales customer surveys.
B. Feedback Gathering:
Collect detailed feedback from customers focusing on product features, service quality, and overall experience.
C. Data Analysis:
Analyze survey responses to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and areas for improvement in product design, performance, and delivery.
D. Customer Satisfaction Assessment:
Measure customer satisfaction levels using structured survey instruments and rating scales.
E. Trend Identification:
Compile and analyze satisfaction data across different customer segments and touchpoints to identify trends and patterns.
F. Performance Tracking:
Monitor key performance metrics related to survey engagement, response rates, completion rates, and satisfaction scores.
G. Process Improvement:
Enhance the quality of data and response rates by improving survey processes and procedures.

The Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with CRM software and customer feedback tools.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
