Master Motor is looking for “Manager Technical Training – Aftersales”
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop customized training materials, modules, and courses for automotive technology.
- Conduct both hands-on and classroom-based training sessions on mechanical diagnostics, new vehicle features, safety standards, and customer service techniques.
- Analyze training needs and tailor programs to meet the requirements of technicians, engineers, service advisors, and sales teams.
- Monitor employee performance throughout the training process and provide actionable feedback.
- Lead a team of trainers, ensuring their continuous professional development.
- Prepare, control, and track the training budget.
- Develop assessments to evaluate training effectiveness and employee progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to keep training programs relevant.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to assess training needs and align programs with organizational goals.
- Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- 8-10 years of experience in the automotive industry with in-depth knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
