Qualification: BA/ Bachelors
Experience: 1- 2 years of experience
Requirements:
• Collect required information from customers regarding surveys on calls
• Conduct analysis on the basis of survey results for product improvement and market behavior
• Coordinate with Sales team for data collection on regular basis, required for conducting surveys
• Have excellent knowledge of MS Excel for data recording
• Have excellent verbal communication skills in both Urdu and English
• Excellent customer servicing, negotiation skills and time management
