We’re hiring Deputy General Manager Cutting
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the cutting department, ensuring all cutting operations align with production goals.
- Ensure all cut fabrics meet quality standards and specifications.
- Implement quality control measures and address any discrepancies promptly.
- Analyze cutting processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Work closely with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and address any issues.
- Prepare regular reports for upper management on production status and challenges.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 08-10 years of experience in cutting operations.
Familiarity with CAD software and other cutting technologies.
