Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring an Area Manager for its Chemicals & Agri Sciences Business based in Kot Adu.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales for the Agri Sciences Business within the designated area, ensuring the achievement of assigned targets by executing Company sales strategies and policies.
Cultivate and manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle, building a strong farmer network.
Develop and maintain a database of prospects and customers, leveraging strategic marketing insights and other resources.
Oversee the sales of agrochemical products and provide after-sales support as required.
Deliver consultative sales solutions to meet customer needs.
Establish and nurture a strong dealer network in the designated area.
Conduct individual and group sales presentations effectively.
Provide account management for the assigned territory, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Monitor customer data, forecasts, and reports while keeping track of competitor activities regularly.
Mentor and guide Field Officers daily, ensuring their development and driving desired sales results.
Collaborate with agricultural government officials to support business initiatives and compliance.
