- Correspondence with supplier and customers with respect to LCs and other documentation.
- Efficiently manage import and export procedures with documents proof reading / verification & management.
- Nomination and Coordination with shipping agents, ship owners / brokers etc.
- Efficiently manage the port service agents e.g draft survey, inspection agency and others.
- Efficiently dealing with banks for import documentation.
- Good MS. Excel, word and analytical skills
- Strong coordination with internal concern departments.
- Assist in External / Internal Audit Compliance with respect to trade department.
