Limton Group of Companies Jobs CRM Coordinator:
Limton Group of Companies is currently looking for CRM Coordinator, responsible for all the tasks related to complaint management, repair and inhouse companion products sales in CSD.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
Receive and log client complaints, assign to engineers for timely resolution.
Follow up on visits, collect client feedback on engineer performance.
Assist clients, generate IRFs, coordinate invoicing, and ensure prompt delivery.
Monitor repaired machines, inform clients, and manage outstanding payments.
Verify daily reports of engineers and technicians.
Submit daily activity reports to ACSM.
Maintain reports for all operations and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
Forward cases to Marketing Department.
Check and counter-sign contract and warranty cards.
Qualifications:
🎓 BE (Electronics) / MSc (Applied Physics)
DAE (Electronics) with some business background
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English).
Able to coordinate with variety of internal & external customers.
organizational and planning skills, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set goals and meet deadlines, ability to take initiative; analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills; ability to maintain accurate and detailed records; computer literacy.
