Career Opportunity: Assistant Manager – Finance
The Assistant Manager Finance will play a crucial role in supporting the financial health and operational efficiency of Lama Retail. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of treasury function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily manage Cash flows in order to ensure short term & long-term liquidity requirements / Investment of idle funds
- Independently handle treasury / banking matters including Imports (Rate negotiations, Facility renewals, Enhancements, Charge creation / vacation, etc.)
- Ensure daily closing of cashbook and verification of shop expenses
- Automate and streamline cash management function (payment & receipts)
- Negotiate and finalize group’s Insurance portfolio based on risk-based assessment
- Plan & execute Asset leasing transactions, as and when required
- Review and finalize lease / rental agreements
- Verify and ensure timely posting of financial charges
- Ensure timely preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements.
Qualifications:
● ACCA, M. Com, MBA Finance or ACMA.
● 2 – 3 years’ experience dealing with financial institutions.
● Proven experience in handling complex accounting transactions, preferably in the retail industry.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
● A high level of integrity and ethical conduct.
● Adaptability and a proactive approach to addressing financial challenges.
Salary Package: 90k – 110k
