We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage and streamline order processing, shipping, and compliance-related activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in logistics planning, documentation, and customer coordination.
Responsibilities:
-Create and issue Proforma Invoices for customer orders.
-Enter and manage orders in the Internal Ordering System.
-Initiate artwork development and LEAF form approvals to establish Finished Goods (FG) codes.
-Track and follow up on production schedules to meet order deadlines.
-Ensure SKU labels and artwork compliance based on country or regional regulations.
-Verify that all shipping documents align with destination country regulations.
-Plan and oversee logistics activities, ensuring smooth product delivery.
-Ensure timely and damage-free delivery of products to customers.
-Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing their inquiries and requirements.
Skills:
-ERP literacy: SAP or any other advanced system
-Microsoft Office, Sharepoint.
-Soft Skills: Collaboration, Customer Service Oriented, Adaptability.
