Position: Process Engineer

Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain high-quality standards.
Design, implement, and monitor process improvements to meet production goals and deadlines.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, R&D, and maintenance, to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges.
Conduct process audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Provide training and guidance to production teams on new processes and technologies.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and integrate innovative solutions into manufacturing processes.
Assist in implementing sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of operations..

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical) or a related field.
Strong willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic industrial environment.
