Key Requirements:
Experience: 6 months – 1 year of experience in recruiting IT technical positions.
Education: BBA/MBA/BScs degree.
Location: DHA phase 6 – Karachi
Working days: Monday – Friday
Timings: 10am – 7pm
Responsibilities:
- Identify, attract, and hire top-notch IT talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Utilize innovative sourcing methods and tools.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process.
