Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure achievements of company’s monthly and annual budget numbers (volume target).
- To focus on productivity, drop size, SKU’s per bill and given KPI’s according to define targets.
- To have a complete scan of outlets and proper sectional build up in defined belt/territory.
- To ensure the implementation of trade & brand plans in the assigned market.
- To ensure consumption of stock before expiring.
- To ensure timely raise of distributors’ claim.
