Position: Section Executive – Front of House
Location: Karachi
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors with 3 to 4 years of experience of counter or treasury operations gained from a local or international retail organization.
Responsibilities:
-Ensures that adequate numbers of tills are open and operating at any point in time during store hours to avoid queuing of customers and blocking of aisles.
-Ensures that check-out procedures are strictly implemented.
-Trains and motivates checkout personnel by cascading important information relative to their functions.
-Remits cash sales to the bank on time.
-Ensures strict control of the Point of Sales (POS) Operations.
-Attends to customer complaints, inquires and suggestions.
Submits sales reports and bank remittances to ALC and HO Finance for auditing.
