ICI Pakistan Limited is hiring an Area Sales Manager in its Chemicals & Agri Sciences business, based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
· Establishing sales strategies to sustain the business, expand the customer base, develop new products and conduct training/educational programmes for the sales team and key accounts.
· Attaining assigned sales, prescription and market share targets.
· Observing, recording and reporting competitor activities and identifying appropriate counter-strategies.
· Providing pre-sales and post-sales services to all direct and indirect clients and handling customer complaints in a timely manner.
· Looking after recoveries and maintaining customer outstandings as per Company policy.
· Conduct product/market surveys identifying gaps in the market, and devise a strategy accordingly.
· Achieving (%) sales and profitability targets in the region.
· Focusing on efficient forecasting and ensuring adequate stock levels.
