We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join one of our group companies as an Assistant Manager Corporate Sales. This role is based at our Head Office (Shahrah-e-Faisal).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling products.
Manage key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns proactively.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
Monitor account performance, sales metrics, and financial transactions to ensure timely payments and collections.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to enhance customer experience.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine strategies and improve service offerings.
Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain high levels of customer engagement.
Prepare and present reports on account performance, revenue forecasts, and business development activities.
Meet and exceed sales targets, retention goals, and client satisfaction benchmarks.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business from a reputable university.
3-5 years of corporate sales experience.
