ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITY
- Social Media Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar for timely, engaging posts across all social channels.
- Performance Marketing: Collaborate with the Performance Marketer to optimize campaigns and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Campaign & Ad Management: Oversee digital marketing campaigns on all platforms, aligning with sales goals and brand identity.
- Content Strategy: Brief content creators and PR teams to produce on-brand, campaign-aligned content supporting marketing objectives.
- PR & Content Collaboration: Ensure PR and influencer content meets marketing goals and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Brand Identity: Maintain brand aesthetics and consistency across all channels, refining the brand book as needed.
- Market Analysis: Track trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to inform product ideas and strategies.
- Product Launches: Plan and coordinate quarterly product launches, ensuring cohesive promotional efforts.
- Website Feedback: Review and recommend website updates to align with brand identity and performance goals.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
EXPERIENCE: 2+ years in social media management or digital marketing.
