MERCHANDISING MANAGER
THE ROLE:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet company goals.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions on product placement and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the buying team to select and procure products that align with our brand and customer preferences.
- Create visually appealing displays and layouts that attract and engage customers.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising effectiveness and gather feedback.
THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE ROLE?
- Bachelors/Masters Degree with min 5 Years of relevant experience.
- Detail Oriented, Strong understanding of Fashion Trends, Effective Interpersonal & Communication Skills, Teamwork, and Multitasking Ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Merchandising Software.
