WE ARE HIRING Assistant Manager Office Coordination
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate amongst all stakeholders, especially matters related to new openings.
- Oversee documentation, pertaining to reporting progress, and budgets.
- Act as a liaison between developers, owners, and internal teams, ensuring alignment of common goals.
- Manage contracts, RFPs, MOUs, and legal compliance with corporate legal teams.
- Ensure technical support and operational readiness for new developments.
- Represent development progress in meetings, ensuring visibility and stakeholder engagement.
- Integrate Hashoo Group service culture into all new properties.
- Coordinate commercial/revenue-related activities in the capacity of office coordinator.
Qualification Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience 5 to 6 years of experience in the same capacity, experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
