WE ARE HIRING REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Main Job Responsibilities:
✅ Develop strategies to boost sales and develop retail network.
✅ Ensure full compliance with HSSE for safe and standardized operations on sites.
✅ Recommend/approve commercial terms including lease rentals, term investments, and visits to key locations and high-priority sites.
✅ Set sales targets for the existing network, lead and motivate the team to achieve those targets.
✅ Ensure touring of sales staff to the sites and submission of inspection reports.
✅ Recommend credit to the sites, track the payment cycle, and ensure timely recoveries.
✅ Identify NFR opportunities on the existing network and develop the facilities.
✅ Monitor and promote high standards of customer service and review the performance of the sales team.
✅ Review patterns of site product off-take and adopt appropriate strategies for rising and downward price trends.
Education: BBA / MBA / MSc
Experience: 10 years of relevant experience in an OMC (Oil Marketing Company)
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of OMC operations.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills to develop a strong network of contacts.
- Good understanding of local administration structure.

WE ARE HIRING TERRITORY MANAGER / AREA SALES MANAGER – RETAIL FUEL SALES
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Increase sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Ensure compliance with HSSE for safe and standardized operations on sites.
- Conduct productive retail outlet visits in assigned areas as per required frequency to monitor and promote performance.
- Maintain close liaison with dealers to ensure uninterrupted supply of petroleum products (HSD, MS, lubricants) from company depots and refineries.
- Responsible for daily allocation of petroleum products based on projected sales data to ensure optimum sales.
- Coordinate with operations for placing orders, execution, product availability, quantity, and quality.
- Attain volumetric and gross margin set for the year.
- Conduct daily sales analysis based on dispatch stock reports.
- Responsible for the registration of pump leases and franchise agreements.
- Maintain cordial relationships with dealers and outlet operators per company policies.
- Ensure dealer agreements are current and renew franchise agreements before expiry.
- Identify and propose improvements in retail outlet evaluation.
Education: BBA / MBA
Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in an OMC (Oil Marketing Company).
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of OMC operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of local administration structure.
