Job Title: General Manager Finance
Reporting to: Director Finance & Strategy
Responsibilities:
- Provide financial analyses and reporting to management.
- Support Director Finance & Strategy in all related matters.
- Develop and execute financial strategies that support the overall business goals of the company.
- Play a key role in the company’s strategic planning process.
- Oversee accounting and banking functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Preparation of projected financial statements on a monthly basis.
- Conducting variance analyses on a monthly basis to devise and implement proactive decision-making.
- Managing the working capital of the company by identifying working capital requirements and suggesting financing.
- External dealings will include communicating and coordinating with consultants for FBR & SECP-related matters, as well as bankers.
- To lead the finance team and ensure effective financial processes and controls that support business objectives & operational needs.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- At least 5+ years of experience, preferably in the Hospital Industry
Skills required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
