Haier Pakistan Jobs Head of Material Cost & Strategic Sourcing:
Organization: Haier Pakistan
Position: Head of Material Cost & Strategic Sourcing (M2)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cost management functions (cost benchmarking, cost analysis, quotation management, price finalization, global sourcing, etc.).
- Handle vendor negotiations for optimal pricing and terms.
- Control overall BOM costs and finalize price approvals.
- Plan, manage, and coordinate activities related to cost projects.
- Perform cost analysis and benchmarking with HQ and competitors.
- Support internal and external audits, and assist with business plans and budgets.
- Ensure the implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
- Lead cost management teams, track performance via KPIs.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the department.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate, preferably with an MBA in Supply Chain.
- Experience: 10-15 years.
