Gourmet Pakistan is looking for Manager RTM to join our team at Lahore office.
𝑷𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏: Manager Route to Market (𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒓 𝑹𝑻𝑴)
𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔:
Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new products and initiatives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess strategy effectiveness and adjust as needed.
Lead cross-functional teams in project planning and execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in product marketing, sales, or related roles in FMCG industry.
Proven track record of go-to-market strategy development and execution.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects..
