• Training module activation
• KPI’s & JD development
• Time motion study
• Right person for the right job implementation
Requirements:
• 4 Years of relevant experience
• Preferably from FMCG or F&B
• MBA HR or equivalent
Technical Skills Required:
• Data Analysis (adept at Excel)
• MS Office
• Knowledge of ERP system
Soft Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills
• Interpersonal skills
