RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor, Follow up, and recover outstanding amounts from clients.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and update account status and database regularly.
- Handle customers’ questions or complaints.
- Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans.
- Please be sure to comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be a graduate
- 2-3 Years of relevant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
- Good time-management skills
- Expertise in invoice-making
- Good e-mail drafting skills
