Job Role: Treasury Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the banking portfolio with focus on optimizing net finance cost.
- Responsible for handling the cash forecasting, planning and reporting.
- Preparation of cash and bank positions and preparation of reports as per reporting requirements manually and using RPA tools.
- Recording of banking related transactions into SAP, preparation of bank reconciliation statements and perform treasury related activities in monthly closing.
- Review and execution of lending and investment related arrangements and related transaction documents and ensuring compliance with lending agreements.
- Relationship management with internal and external stakeholders, bankers, fund managers & insurers.
- Handling of import related payments via modes such as LC, Advance payments, CAD, Import Contract and currency negotiations for closure of import payments.
Competencies:
- Strong communication, interpersonal and people skills, partiality for change and innovation.
- Good team player with ability to take initiatives and lead the initiatives to conclusion.
- Strong command of MS office and good understanding of ERP environment (SAP preferred).
Specification (Qualification/Experience):
Degree educated and professional accountancy qualification (i.e., CA/ ACCA/ CIMA/ CFA) (part qualified may also be considered). Preference to be given to minimum three (03) years’ experience/ articles from a reputable accountancy (audit) firm.

Job Role: Financial Reporting Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling the accounting, reporting, and payment operations responsibilities in SAP environment in line with internal policies, applicable financial reporting framework, tax and corporate laws.
- Strategizing the assignments to ensure consistent and efficient handling of work; assistance in evaluation and improvement in the effectiveness of workflows, processes, and the system.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly/ quarterly / annual financial statements, annual report, directors’ report, all regulatory and statutory reporting and presentations for higher forums like Board of Directors and Audit Committee.
- The role involves internal and external interaction with our business partners, auditors (internal and external), regulators, and other stakeholders. Competencies:
- Strong communication, interpersonal and people skills, partiality for change and innovation
- Good team player with ability to take initiatives and lead the initiatives to conclusion
- Good grip and hands on experience with ERP (SAP Specification (Qualification/Experience):
Qualified or part qualified Chartered Accountant from a reputable accountancy institute/ body (ICAP, ICAEW).
Minimum three (03) years’ experience/ articles from a reputable accountancy (audit) firm.
