Foundation Public School and Head Start School System (Head Office-Karachi) are hiring Assistant Manager – Service Engineering & Projects.
Candidate must have the below experience for the vacant post:
- Using of software; AutoCAD, MS Project & MS Office for developing detailed designs
- Coordinating with design consultants, architects, contractors & subcontractors.
- Checking method statements as per the contract specifications.
- Planning, organizing, scheduling the activities using Microsoft
- Project and monitoring the progress at site and updating the baseline program accordingly on a monthly and weekly basis
- Ability to coordinate, control and monitor all contractors’ / subcontractors’ activities on site.
- Timely alarming HOD regarding the delays occurring at site from consultant /contractor side and its effects on completion date of the projects.
- Managing budgets and project resources.
- Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries.
- Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, QA/QC, health and safety.
Qualification:
Bachelors’ Degree (Civil Engineering)
Pakistan Engineering Council License (RE Level)
Experience: 3-5 years Constructional Experience (Preferably in Building Sector)
