FiveRivers Technologies Jobs Front Desk Officer
FiveRivers Technologies is seeking a Front Desk Officer who can manage our front desk, perform various administrative tasks, and support HR Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them to appropriate department
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office
- Monitor employee attendance and maintain updated records and files
- Support HR Operations in onboarding, employee engagement activities such as organizing events, celebrations and team building activities, etc
- Assist with other HR operational tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors
- Proven experience as a front desk officer, administrative assistant, or HR assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Knowledge of HR Operations would be a plus
