Feroze1888 Mills Ltd is looking for the competent profiles of “Manager/ Assistant Manager – Weaving & Preparatory“
Qualification:
- Masters / Graduation preferably in Textile Engineering
Required Experience:
- 4 to 7 Years of experience in managing production of weaving and preparatory.
- Strong skills of planning, effective capacity utilization and optimization of workforce.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to meet production targets of Weaving / Shearing / Long Hemming / Sizing & oversee section maintenance.
- Review & analyze departmental / section budget allocations & expenses.
- Develop samples of Sheared Towel in coordination with Weaving and R & D teams.
- Maintain Quality, Social Compliance standards & HSE on floors.
- Should possess good understanding of Lean concepts.
