✅ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
About the Role:
Naukerji Farm is seeking an experienced and dedicated Farm Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our agricultural operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in farm management, crop planning, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day farm activities, including planting, irrigation, harvesting, and pest control.
▪ Manage and lead farm staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety standards.
▪ Implement effective crop management strategies to maximize yield and quality.
▪ Oversee the maintenance of farm equipment, supplies, and inventory.
▪ Prepare budgets, control expenses, and ensure cost-efficient farm operations.
▪ Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
