3) Ability to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive SOPs and Milk Quality Norms
4) Strong focus on health and safety within the laboratory environment.
5) Effective budget management and cost-saving project implementation skills.
6) Understanding milk quality for enhanced cheese recovery.
7) Proficient in SAP for laboratory and inventory management.
8) Strong understanding of milk testing and chemical preparation.
9) In-depth knowledge of milk regulatory requirements and proven ability to collaborate with regulatory bodies.
