Fatima Group is hiring for Mechanical Technician / Head Technician Mechanical at Pakarab Plant Site, Multan. The ideal candidate should have the following:
Qualification: DAE Mechanical
Experience: 2-5 years of experience
Technical Skills Required:
· Perform safely and independently preventive, predictive & corrective maintenance jobs
· Execute minor / major overhauls and troubleshooting’s of rotary machines (Pumps) & static equipment.
· Well versed in safe and generally recognized maintenance practices
· Good understanding of permit to work system and process safety management systems
· Hands on experience of maintenance of static equipment like heat exchangers, piping, columns, boilers, vessels, valves etc.
· Alignment of machines using conventional methods like rim and face and laser alignment
· Should have a keen understanding of piping and structural welding and fabrication.
· Possess basic computer skills like use of microsoft office and computerized maintenance management system
· Hands on experience of online leakage repairs
· Proficient in reading and interpreting cross sectional drawings, Isometrics and P&ID’s
· Experience in leading and supervising shutdown jobs
