Fatima Group is hiring for Manager Taxation at Fatima Sugar Mills Limited. The ideal candidate should have the following:
Qualification & Experience: 6- 10 years of experience. CA qualified with article-ship from a reputable firm in tax department and 5-6 years post article-ship experience of dealing tax matters.
Location: Multan
Knowledge Required:
- Interpretations, implementation & Compliances of all sorts of taxation matters imposed by tax regulatory authorities.
- Negotiating maximum tax benefits for the company with FBR authorities.
- Reduction of compliance risks by ensuring accurate & timely filing of all corporate tax returns and withholding tax statements on annual, quarterly and monthly basis and to ensure timely filing in tax department.
- Ensuring a smooth Income Tax / Sales Tax /EFS/DTRE Audits and handling of the tax assessments proceedings with all tax authorities.
- Compliance of tax laws, timely adaptation of various tax amendments and follow-up for the amendments.
- Compliance /submission of documents related to FBR notices as assigned.
- Filling and issuance of Income Tax exemptions under 153 & 148 of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001.
- Knowledge of taxation of individuals and non-residents
- Follow up the cases in Tax department in Lahore and Multan
- Attend Tax hearings in Lahore and Multan as assigned
