Requirements:
• Bachelors from an HEC recognized university
• 7-12 years of relevant work experience
Overall Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for a wide variety of secretarial & administrative duties supporting a C-Level Executive. Following tasks are typical for this position, incumbents may be required to perform additional/different duties from those set forth below to address business needs.
• Answers & screens phone calls/manages the executive’s mail
• Schedules & coordinates appointments, meetings and events, including registration & travel arrangements as necessary
• Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
• Perform general office duties
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
