Position: Manager Business Analyst – Logistics
Location: Karachi
Department: IT
Qualification: Masters
Experience: Minimum 5 years
•Identifying and translating the production system support requirements into systems and processes that reflect best practices and are standardized (where practicable and legal) across the enterprise.
•Developing strategy for system refinements to meet business needs.
•Providing the development team personnel with content supervision in order to develop technical specifications and plans, documentation, and methodology to meet the customers’ needs.
•Proactively assess the system functionality for any suspected issues or point of concerns from the relevant department’s prospective.
•Resolving critical issues that are raised within and outside the team to meet assigned deadlines and customer requirements.
•Identify new areas of improvements in the existing ERP.
•Ability to manage team.
•Ability to Plan & Execute IT Projects.
