We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a “Business Development Manager.”
Business Development & Key Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities in warehousings , transportation, WMS, and freight forwarding.
- Respond to RFQs and RFPs, understand their requirements, and propose suitable solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of services for new clients.
- Regularly review customer portfolios to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct feasibility assessments for potential warehousing projects, analyzing costs, operational requirements, and market demand.
- Develop pricing models and commercial proposals for new business opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to enhance service offerings.
Contract & Commercial Management:
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with customers, ensuring favorable terms while mitigating risks.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and resolve any commercial disputes.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to review and improve contract templates.
Financial Management & Collections:
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely recovery of overdue balances.
- Work with finance and operations teams to improve cash flow and minimize credit risks.
- Implement strategies to reduce payment delays and enhance customer credit management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum Experience Required 3 to 5 Years in the relevant field.
