We are looking to hire an experienced and dynamic “Assistant Manager Quality Assurance“.
Key Responsibilities:
-Responsible for mass-pro sample verification to start production.
-Check all machine and equipment maintenance logs.
-Report any non-conformance found during inspection in parts or processes.
-Analyze rejections and conduct countermeasures with the support of the department head.
-Ensure the process is carried out according to PQCT and OPS parameters.
-Implement all SOPs and WI properly.
-Report any non-conformance found during process inspection in parts or products to the concerned department.
-Take proper countermeasures against quality defects during production.
-Prepare statistical quality control data.
-Prepare Scrap Reports.
-Prepare systematic Non-Conformance Reports.
-Measure the effectiveness of countermeasures taken.
-Ensure that the process is carried out as per quality standards.
-Verify and revise SOPs used in quality, if required.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
-At least 3 to 4 years of automotive experience is required.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
-Knowledge of molding machines and molding processes.
