edenrobe is looking for DEPUTY MANAGER – HR

JOB PURPOSE:
This position is crucial for implementing HR strategies that drive organizational success and enhance employee experiences. The role includes developing employee engagement initiatives, improving HR communication, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. The Deputy Manager will also develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, lead payroll processes, designing training programs, supporting talent management, oversee compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent and collaborating with department heads to achieve business objectives.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources/Business Administration
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a retail fashion Industry.
  • Software/Tools: Microsoft Office Suite and ERP
  • Skills: Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, laws and procedures. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
