JOB PURPOSE:
The key responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations, ensuring high customer service standards, managing and motivating staff to meet sales targets, implementing visual merchandising strategies, monitoring inventory levels, and analyzing sales reports for improvements.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: 3-4 years of retail management experience, preferably in beauty.
Software/Tools: Proficient in MS Office and retail management software.
Skills: Team player, Communication, Inventory Management, Problem-solving skills.
