Position : Head of Programs
Dunya Foundation, a non-profit, seeks a Head of Programs to oversee education, healthcare, and microfinance initiatives aligned with our mission. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, engage stakeholders effectively, and drive innovation to enhance program effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Program strategy and development
- Budgeting and financial management
- Partnership and beneficiaries’ engagement
- Monitoring and reporting
- Team leadership and appraisal management
Skills
- Excellent project management abilities and financial oversight skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and program management tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum master’s degree in Program Management or any other related field.
- At least 8-10 years of progressive experience in program management within the non-profit sector, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
