Assistant Manager Internal Audit required in Dr. Ziauddin Hospital (Head Office) Pakistan – “North Campus – Karachi”.

- Identify and document business processes and controls in order to evaluate risks and compensating controls.
- Lead, train and manage the audit team.
- Ensure completion of audits on time.
- Maintain and update reports including audit findings.
- Any other duties assigned by the Management.

Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree (Professional Qualifications: Masters / ACCA Qualified/ CA Part Qualified) with having 6 to 8 years of experience on relevant field.

Job Summary:
The duties of a Documentation Specialist encompass collaborating with team members to maintain document consistency both functional & technical document, utilization & organizing documents throughout the organization. This includes managing diagrams, project documentation & scope of work, UAT documents, work flows, wire frame & release notes.
Documentation Specialist will perform extensive study of existing systems & develop a document repository for but not limited to:
· Technical documents which included diagrams & flows
· Functional documentation which includes process flows
· User Manuals
· UAT Scripts
· Wireframes & workflows
· Logical Deployment Architecture
· Physical Deployment Architecture & more
Responsibilities:
· Develop, maintain & implement clear & concise documentation processes, procedures & workflows
· Review & edit documentation for accuracy & completeness
· Ensure that all documents are properly classified, filed & sorted in accordance with departmental policies
· Monitor document usage, access & retention to ensure compliance with legal & regulatory requirements
· Work with internal teams to establish standard documentation templates, formats, & styles
· Assist in documenting project requirements, timelines & milestones
· Collaborate with project managers & team members to ensure documentation aligns with project objectives
· Create user guides, manuals & standard operating procedures (SOPs) for both technical & non-technical staff
· Establish & maintain a central repository for IT documentation, ensuring easy access for relevant stakeholders
· Provide training & support to IT staff & end-users on documentation best practices
· Update documentation regularly to reflect changes in systems, applications & configurations
· Conduct reviews & audits of existing documentation to identify & rectify inaccuracies or outdated information
· Work closely with IT teams to understand system functionalities & document them comprehensively
· Act as a liaison between the IT department & other departments to gather information for documentation
Other Requirements:
Experience: 1+ relevant experience
Educations: Bachelor’s or Masters Degree is preferred with MS Office certification
