Position Title – Department: Executive Manager, MEP – Construction Management Subsidiary

Job Location: Grove Residency, Karachi
EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Construction Management
• Experience with MEP drawings, BOQ, and coordination with consultants and contractors in high-rise building projects
JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review and analyze drawings and specifications for MEP works
• Coordinate and supervise activities with MEP consultants and contractors
• Oversee and inspect the quality of MEP works on-site
• Liaise with MEP suppliers and vendors for OFM items
• Coordinate & Supervise with the in-house construction teams
• Verify invoices from MEP contractors and evaluate variation orders
• Compile and complete punch lists of MEP works before Prele,1 harldever
• Report to senior management on MEP project progress weekly and monthly
