Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited is looking for “Assistant Manager Compliance” for its Compliance team based in Karachi.
Responsibilities:
- Handling shareholders matters like dividend, transfers, transmission etc.
- Filing of statutory returns and compliance of PSX Rule Book, SECP Companies Act, and CCG etc.
- Drafting of board meeting minutes.
- Managing all work related to general meetings.
Qualification:
- Masters / MBA from a HEC recognized institute
Experience:
- Minimum 05 years of relevant experience
