- Lead, strategize, and execute high-impact paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads ๐ป, Facebook ๐ฑ, LinkedIn ๐ผ, and more, focused on hitting KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and conversions.-
- Dive deep into performance data ๐, extract actionable insights, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement and better ROI.
- Own the budget management process ๐ฐโensuring weโre maximizing every dollar spent while forecasting future needs with precision.
- Conduct A/B testing ๐งช and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams (design, sales, content) to enhance conversion rates and improve user experience.
- Stay ahead of industry trends ๐ฅ and best practices, ensuring all campaigns comply with platform regulations and continue to evolve with the digital landscape.

- 4-5 years of experience in performance marketing with proven success in campaigns.
