We are looking for a talented 𝗭𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 (𝗭𝗦𝗠) to join our team and lead the growth and performance across a key region. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role, drive results, and make a significant impact on our sales operations.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:
🌟 Oversee and manage the sales operations for a designated zone to achieve revenue and market share targets.
🌟 Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) and sales associates to ensure optimal performance.
🌟 Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners to ensure consistent product availability and brand visibility.
🌟 Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed company goals.
🌟 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
🌟 Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and performance reviews to senior management.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
🔹 5 to 6 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or zonal sales management role within the FMCG industry.
🔹 Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team.
🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
🔹 Proven ability to drive sales growth, meet targets, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
🔹 In-depth knowledge of market dynamics and FMCG sales processes.
🔹 Ability to analyze data and use insights to make strategic decisions.
