Job Description:

  • Provided new ideas for systems, process improvement, and organization.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Assist the Business Development team with Key projects and tasks.
  • Assist, establish, and maintain strong working relationships with the Business Development team.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Engage prospects through relevant channels such as social media, events, campaigns, queries, and email with a view to developing them into qualified leads.
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the associated sales manager to align selling efforts.
  • Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems (We’ll provide training for that).

Skill and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (Preferable) in sales, business management, or marketing field from well-reputed HEC-recognized universities.
  • 1-2 years of Experience (Preferable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient in Urdu and English
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Salary:
    Good salary with a very attractive commission structure.
  • Time: 10.30 AM TO 7.30 PM
